I AM


I fly free amongst the trees in the breeze
I dance in the silence, in the space between time and thought.
I sing in the void, in the dawn and the twilight.

I am because I am.
I was because there was no beginning…
I will be because there is no end.

I am a small cell in the greatness of all there is…
I am a snowflake in the never-ending blizzard…
I am a grain of sand on the endless shores.

I am wider than my own imagination
I am more vivid than a slice of light fractured.
I am a vibration beyond my own comprehension.

I am because I am
I was because there was no beginning…
I will be because there is no end.

I am the sapling of the tree of knowledge.
I am a lotus petal in the midst of its bloom.
I am the conductor for the magnification of light.

I am the mirror for oneself to be seen.
I am the stone that ripples still waters.
I am the chalice for knowledge, for life to be born.
